Our products are tested before our team dispatch them. Our product will satisfy you in terms of quality still if in case our product delivered to you is not satisfied kindly notify us. OnlineSpot.pk Offers 7-days of item return time-line after delivery of an item if the customer wants to return item he/she must inform our team  within the mentioned  time period and item should be returned to us on time. For example if an item is delivered to a customer on the 15th of the month, the customer has time till 22th to return the product. If your item is qualified below mentioned criteria you should call us at our helpline (xxxx-xxxxxxx) 24/7 to start your return process.

If customers want to return the product he/she must follow the simple steps mentioned below.

  • Must check if your product meets all requirements.
  • Call us on our helpline and request a return.
  • Fill out our return form
  • Pack your item then attached return label.
  • Arrange product drop off.
  • Returned product will be quality checked.

If a customer item will qualify for the quality check, we will refunded for the item.

What are the terms, condition and procedure for returning an item?

If your Item belongs to the following categories you are not able to claim  return. (These categories are restricted from return due to business, health and hygiene conditions)

  • Customized Item
  • Made to Order Products
  • Watches
  • Cosmetics Items
  • Skin-care or hair-care items
  • Perfumes and Fragrances
  • Sale products
  • Underwear or Swimwear

How to Request for Return?

You can request a return by contacting our helpline (XXXX-XXXX XXXX) or get in touch with us at [email protected] to confirm that your product is eligible for return or not. Our team will explain all the procedures for return and will confirm the nearest courier service to drop-off the product.

Note: Customers should pay for return charges to courier service.

Our team will ask you some questions mentioned below:

  • Customer order number.
  • Reason for returning the product.
  • The method of return that you prefer and the information like bank account e.t.c.

How to request a replacement rather than return?

If you want to request a replacement rather than return, just let our team know your choice for another product and or team will call you soon as your product received us back, and our team will look for the availability of that product that you choose. Our team will give you a store voucher to buy a new product for you on the same amount you paid for the returned product.

What if a customer product does not meet the criteria for return?

If customer return does not meet the quality check criteria our team will call back to you and discuss issues regarding the product and book delivery for return the product.

Note: We will make 2 attempts to return a product and it also depends on the category of a product. please be available on the scheduled delivery date.
