How to know if a product has a warranty?
Warranty differs from product to product if you want to know the warranty of any product before purchasing or after purchase kindly see product description you will find detail there for warranty. If a particular product has a warranty, then it sees the duration.

How can I claim my warranty?
If a customer wants to claim any product warranty, he/she must provide a warranty card that is in the product packing if that item comes with a warranty.

Follow below mention step to claim your warranty.

If an item is broken or non-functional on arrival, you should call OnlineSpot helpline (+92-333-7263924) within the 1st day of delivery to claim an exchange or return of that item.

If an item is with fault the claim it with 7 days of delivery and warranty timeline, also, customers can call our helpline to provide the following details from your receipt and warranty card to the initial warranty claim.

  • Order Number
  • Order Date
  • Item Details
  • Warranty Period (on warranty card)
  • Nature of fault

To claim warranty directly from the manufacturer, kindly contact the authorized service center using the details given on the warranty card provided with the item.

Note: Invoice and warranty card is necessary to claim a warranty on an item.
